If you’re up for it, tasting some of Armenia’s famous brandy at the Ararat Museum could be a highlight.
The next day, you’re off to see Lake Sevan with its stunning views and ancient monastery. Then it’s a deep dive into history with stops at Geghard Monastery and the Garni Temple. You even get to try your hand at making Lavash, Armenian flatbread, which is a lot of fun.
Day three is all about the spiritual side of Armenia with a visit to Echmiadzin, where you see the impressive cathedral and some really old churches. It’s a place that’s all about peace and history.
Next up, Gyumri shows off its old-school charm with cobbled streets and cool museums. There’s also a visit to the Black Fortress which feels like stepping back in time. Before heading back to Yerevan, you stop by Harichavank Monastery, surrounded by beautiful scenery.
Your last day wraps up with breakfast at the hotel before heading back to the airport. By the end of the trip, you’ve seen some amazing places, tried some new things, and got a real taste of Armenia. It’s a trip you won’t forget anytime soon.

Breakfast at the hotel. We will head to Zvartnots, an ancient temple and UNESCO World Heritage site that provides a glimpse into Armenia's rich past. Marvel at the impressive ruins of the Zvartnots Cathedral, an architectural masterpiece from the 7th century. Then, continuing our journey to Echmiadzin, the spiritual center of the Armenian Apostolic Church, where you'll visit the Echmiadzin Cathedral, UNESCO-listed as well. You can explore the Echmiadzin Treasury Museum, housing a collection of religious artifacts, and visit the nearby churches of Gayane and Hripsime, each with its own unique charm and historical significance.

Then, we head to Vardanants Square, the heart of Gyumri.
Visit the Dzitoghtsyan Museum of Social Life and National Architecture, where you'll be back in time to explore the traditional Armenian way of life. The museum showcases an impressive collection of artifacts, including household items, clothing, and tools, providing a fascinating glimpse into the cultural heritage of Gyumri.
Explore the historical marvel known as the Black Fortress. Situated in the heart of Gyumri, this imposing structure stands as a testament to the city's rich past. Dating back to the 19th century, the Black Fortress, also known as Sev Berd, served as a formidable defensive fortification during a tumultuous era. The dark-hued stone walls, which give the fortress its distinctive name, whisper stories of resilience and strength. On the way back to Yerevan, we will visit Harichavank - an ancient Armenian monastery dating back to the 7th century.
