Dive into a fun adventure in Armenia, starting on June 7, 2024. Your trip kicks off with a warm welcome and a cool evening tour in Yerevan. Picture walking around Republic Square, checking out big buildings, and climbing up the Cascade to see the city sparkle below you. Imagine strolling down busy streets, feeling the vibe of the place, and ending your night watching dancing fountains light up to music. It's like the city is throwing a welcome party just for you!
The next morning, after breakfast, get ready for a day full of awesome sights. First stop: Geghard Monastery, tucked in a rocky landscape and so old it's protected by UNESCO. Then, it's off to Garni to see an ancient temple that looks like it's straight out of a history book. Wrap up your sightseeing with a visit to Lake Sevan, a huge, beautiful lake that's like a giant mirror reflecting the sky.
But the real fun starts in the evening with the Wine Days Festival. Imagine sipping on Armenia's best wines, munching on tasty food, and grooving to music under the stars. It's a chance to chill, chat with locals, and really soak in the Armenian party spirit.
On June 9, after one last breakfast, it's time to say goodbye. You head to the airport, your bags full of souvenirs and your heart full of memories from this whirlwind Armenian adventure. Day 1
Date : June 7, 2024
ARRIVAL IN YEREVAN. YEREVAN EVENING CITY TOUR
Arrival at Zvartnots international airport. Transfer and accommodation at centrally located hotel. Free time at a leisure. 16:00-19:00 Yerevan city tour. Starting our tour at Republic Square, the heart of Yerevan. Admire the grand architecture of the square, including the Government House, History Museum of Armenia, and National Gallery. Making our way to the Cascade Complex to explore the monumental stairway adorned with sculptures and fountains. You can enjoy panoramic views of the city and Mount Ararat from the top of the Cascade. We will explore the famous streets of Yerevan, from the bustling modernity of Northern Avenue to the historic charm of Abovyan Street, the vibrant mix of Mashtots Avenue, the sophistication of Sayat-Nova Avenue, and the governmental and academic prominence of Baghramyan Avenue.
In the late evening, you can return to Republic Square to experience the singing fountains, a mesmerizing display of water, light, and music. Overnight in Yerevan.
Day 2

YEREVAN – GEGHARD – GARNI – LAKE SEVAN | EVENING WINE DAYS FESTIVAL
Breakfast at the hotel. Starting our day with a visit to Geghard Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage site nestled within a rocky gorge. It’s a great opportunity to discover the monastery's intricate medieval architecture, carved stone crosses (khachkars), and stunning surroundings. Next, head to Garni, home to the well-preserved Garni Temple, a symbol of Armenia's pagan past. Explore the temple's Greco-Roman architecture and learn about its significance in Armenian history and culture. We will conclude our trip with a visit to Lake Sevan, one of the largest freshwater alpine lakes in the world.
After our, returning to the hotel for some rest sounds like a great plan before participating in the festival in the evening. You will have time to relax, freshen up, and unwind after a day of exploration. Recharge your energy and get ready to immerse yourself in the festivities later in the evening.
Once you're feeling rejuvenated, heading out to experience the festival. You will have the chance to enjoy food, drinks, music, and perhaps even traditional dances. Engage with locals, savor delicious Armenian cuisine, and make the most of the vibrant atmosphere. Overnight in Yerevan.
